All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be turned over the specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. Bonus abuse, including collusion or exploitation of promotion loopholes, will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
Deposits are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by method.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software, multiple account registration, chargebacks, and any form of exploitation are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and may be referred to relevant authorities.
All content on the Club99 platform — including software, design, graphics, logos, and game content — is the intellectual property of Club99 or its licensed providers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
Club99 provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session reminders. Players who choose to self-exclude are bound by their self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. Club99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on Club99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: Club99 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request documentary evidence (such as a copy of your MyKad, passport, or driving licence) at any time. Play responsibly.
To create an Account, you must complete the Club99 registration form, providing at minimum a valid username, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Club99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
Before a Player may process their first withdrawal — and at any other time Club99 deems appropriate — the Player must complete the KYC verification process by submitting the following documentation:
Club99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Club99 is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.
You must notify Club99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Club99 reserves the right to freeze an Account pending investigation of any suspicious activity. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

All Account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the applicable blockchain network.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are processed instantly. FPX bank transfers typically clear within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require between 1 and 3 network confirmations, which typically takes 15 to 30 minutes. These are estimated processing times; Club99 does not guarantee any specific processing duration and shall not be liable for delays outside its control, including delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

Club99 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that we reasonably suspect is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. In such cases, Club99 may be legally required to report the transaction to relevant authorities without notifying the Player of such a report.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on Club99 (including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits) are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for a given bonus specifies the total turnover (in MYR) that must be achieved before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 30x wagering requirement would require RM3,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses not consumed within their validity period will be cancelled without compensation.
Club99 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may result in account suspension:
The Club99 VIP Programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on monthly qualifying turnover. VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, birthday bonuses, and withdrawal processing priority — are as stated on the Club99 VIP programme information page and are subject to change at Club99's reasonable discretion with prior notice.
The birthday bonus (ranging from MYR 188 for Bronze tier to MYR 2,688 for Platinum and above) is credited automatically to eligible Players' Accounts on the registered birthday date. The bonus is valid for seven (7) days from the date of credit, after which it will expire. Standard wagering requirements apply. Players must ensure their date of birth is accurately recorded in their Account profile to be eligible.
All slot and casino games on Club99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure genuinely random outcomes. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term return rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC events, and other markets — are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published on the Club99 sportsbook section. Accepted bets are binding. Club99 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where an event outcome is determined to have been subject to manipulation.
In the event of a software malfunction, system failure, or other technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Club99 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. Club99 shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a malfunction, and any funds credited as a result of a malfunction shall be recoverable by Club99.
All transactions on Club99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Club99 maintains a full transaction log for each Account. In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or game outcome, Club99's server records shall be the definitive source of truth.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Club99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Club99 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a sale or transfer of any intellectual property rights.
You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Club99 Platform without the prior written consent of Club99. Unauthorised use may give rise to legal proceedings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Club99 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following types of loss or damage, howsoever caused:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Club99's aggregate liability to you for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to Club99 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Club99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including (without limitation) in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Club99 will endeavour to complete its investigation within a reasonable time and will communicate the outcome to the Player. Where an Account is closed for cause, any Real Money Funds remaining after deduction of any sums owed to Club99 will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
A Player may close their own Account voluntarily by contacting Club99 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations.
Club99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at club99.buzz/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Club99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction under which Club99 holds its gaming licence.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and Club99 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by Club99's licensing authority.
